HOW OUR WINDOW PROCESS WORKS
WINDOW CONSULTATION
Our specialists will listen to your specific needs and help you select windows to match your unique style, home and budget. Appointments are available 6 days a week, in-home or online with Zoom.
MEASURE AND PRODUCTION
When your order is confirmed our service team will contact you and schedule a final measure before your custom windows are produced. The average production time is 6-8 weeks. Custom colors and stains 12 weeks.
INSTALLATION
Each master installation team is comprised of 2-3 members with over 20 years of experience. Our tradesman use drop-cloth inside and outside to protect your home during the install. We will clean and remove all debris when your project is complete. Each window takes approximately 1-2 hours to install.
